Outside the core ring the drive stops being incidental, so it gets priced and stated rather than absorbed quietly. The rule is simple: where there is an additional travel fee, it is worked out with the quote before anything is signed — never sprung on you afterwards.
Longer dates also get built differently — early arrival rather than just-in-time, and spare gear travelling as standard, because a forty-minute round trip for a replacement cable is not a contingency plan.

Where and how far.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Not inside the core Tulsa metro — Sand Springs, Jenks, Sapulpa, Glenpool, Catoosa, Broken Arrow, Sperry, Owasso, Bixby, Collinsville, Skiatook, Coweta and Claremore are all covered with no mileage added. Beyond that ring there may be an additional travel fee depending on distance, worked out with the package quote before anything is signed.
How far will you actually travel?
Regularly to Oklahoma City, and the venues-played list includes rooms in Stillwater, Salina, Cookson, Blanchard, Guthrie and Norman, plus Highlandville in Missouri and Dallas in Texas. Distance is a pricing question, not a refusal.
My town isn't listed. Do you cover it?
Almost certainly. The lists above are the towns that come up most, not the limit of where the rig goes. Send the venue and the date and you will get a straight answer including any travel figure.
Does an unfamiliar venue cost more?
No. It changes the preparation rather than the price — a site walk or a detailed call with the venue beforehand covering power, load-in, the floor plan and curfew.
Do you cover events outside Oklahoma?
Yes, and it has happened — the venues-played list includes Greenhouse Two Rivers in Highlandville, Missouri and the Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas. Out-of-state dates are quoted individually.
How far ahead should I book?
Booking is open for 2026 through 2028, and prime Saturdays go first wherever the event is. Checking a date costs nothing and carries no deposit.

Send the date and the venue, wherever it is. You'll hear back — usually within a day — with availability, packages and any travel figure.
