The short version: I collect what you type into my inquiry form so I can reply about your event, and this site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Microsoft Clarity — which records how visitors move through the pages. I don't sell your information. Email seth@djsayeth.com any time and I'll tell you what I have or delete it.
This site is operated by Seth Womack, doing business as DJ Sayeth / Sayeth Entertainment, a mobile DJ and MC service based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. When this policy says "I" or "me," it means that business. It applies to djsayeth.com and its pages.

If you call or text 314-560-6905, or email me directly, I have your phone number or email address and whatever you tell me.
I don't ask for and never collect payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, or government ID numbers through this website. Deposits and payments are handled separately, outside this site, after you have a signed agreement.
Like most websites, this one collects some technical information through cookies and similar technology: your approximate location (city-level, from your IP address), device and browser type, screen size, which pages you visited, how you arrived, and how you interacted with the page.

Google and Microsoft each process this information under their own privacy terms, and may combine it with data they hold about you from elsewhere. You can read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and Microsoft's statement at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
I don't add you to a marketing email list unless you ask to be on one, and I don't use your event details to advertise to you.
I don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and I don't share it with other vendors for their own marketing. It is shared only with the services above, which process it on my behalf, and in two other situations: with a venue, planner, or another vendor when that's necessary to produce your event — and only the details needed, such as your name, event date, and timeline — and if the law requires it.
Submitting the form does not sign you up for marketing texts. If you give me your mobile number, I may text you personally about your inquiry and your event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. I don't sell or share your number with anyone for their own marketing.
Inquiries stay in my email and in Netlify's form records so I can find our conversation later. If you book me, I keep your event details and agreement as long as I need them for the booking and for my business and tax records. Analytics and Clarity data is retained according to those services' own retention settings — currently up to 14 months for Google Analytics and 30 days for Clarity session recordings. If you'd like your inquiry removed sooner, just ask.
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. There is no common industry standard for how a small site should answer a DNT signal, and this site does not currently change its behavior in response to DNT. If your browser sends a GPC signal, Google's and Microsoft's tags may honor it under their own policies, but I don't control that. The surest way to stop the tracking described above is to block cookies for this site or use the opt-outs listed in the section above.
This site is meant for adults booking entertainment. I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information through this site, email me and I'll delete it.
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. I keep inquiry records in password-protected accounts. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive personal or financial information through the form.
I sometimes photograph or record short clips of my setup and the dance floor at events, and may use them to promote my work. If you'd rather I didn't, tell me before your event and I won't — and if something is already posted that you want taken down, email me and I'll remove it. Any permissions around photography are also covered in your event agreement.
I operate in the United States and the services listed above process information in the United States. If you contact me from outside the U.S., your information will be handled here.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change meaningfully affects how I handle information you've already given me, I'll tell you by email.
