The short version: This site lets you learn about what I do, look at pricing, and ask about booking me. Sending the form starts a conversation — it isn't a booking and it doesn't hold your date. Anything we actually agree to lives in a separate written contract I send you, and that contract wins over anything on this site.
djsayeth.com is the website of Seth Womack, doing business as DJ Sayeth / Sayeth Entertainment, a mobile DJ and MC service in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It exists so you can see what I do, view my packages and starting prices, and tell me about your event. By using this site you're agreeing to the terms on this page. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Filling out the form, calling, or texting does not reserve your date, guarantee my availability, or create a contract between us. I book on a first-come basis and dates go quickly in season. Your event is confirmed only when I send you a written agreement, you sign it, and the retainer is paid.
Package prices shown here are starting points. The final number depends on hours, travel, lighting, additional sound, and what your venue requires. The price that counts is the one written into your signed agreement. Prices on this site may be updated at any time and aren't locked in until we have that agreement.
Retainers, payment schedules, cancellation, rescheduling, overtime, travel, equipment, and what happens in an emergency are all covered in the written agreement I send you before your event — not on this page. If anything here appears to conflict with that signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing texts. If you give me your mobile number, I may text you personally about your inquiry and your event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. I don't sell or share your number with anyone for their own marketing.
Please give me real contact details and honest event information. I plan around what you tell me, and I may decline or cancel an inquiry that turns out to be inaccurate or submitted in bad faith. Don't use this site or its forms to send spam, to attempt to interfere with the site, or for any unlawful purpose.
The photos, video, text, mixes, pricing decks, logos, and design on this site belong to me or are used with permission, and the Sayeth Entertainment and DJ Sayeth names and marks are mine. You're welcome to share links to these pages and to show my pricing to your partner, your planner, and your venue. Please don't republish the material as your own, use it commercially, or use my name or marks to advertise another service without asking me first.
Music recordings referenced or performed in my mixes remain the property of their respective owners.
Any reviews, testimonials, and star ratings shown on this site are from real clients and are reproduced accurately. They describe those clients' own events and aren't a promise that your event will go the same way.
Some pages link out to venues, vendors, review sites, or social platforms. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
I do my best to keep this site up and accurate, but I can't promise it will always be available or entirely free of errors. The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. If something looks wrong, email me and I'll fix it.
To the extent the law allows, my responsibility for anything connected to your use of this website is limited to the amount you've actually paid me, and I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, and nothing here limits my obligations under a signed event agreement — those are governed by that agreement.
Email me first at seth@djsayeth.com. Almost everything gets sorted out with a phone call, and I'd rather fix it than argue about it. If we can't resolve something within 30 days of you raising it, any dispute arising from your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and we each consent to that venue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, plus the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about your use of this website.
I may update these terms; the date at the top will change when I do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
