Bixby has been calling itself the Garden Spot of Oklahoma since 1941, when it was a regional produce-shipping centre, and the nickname is still on the town seal. Dream Point Ranch and Vinterra Event Venue are both on the venues-played list. Spain Ranch in Jenks and Glass Chapel in Broken Arrow are also on it, and both are close enough that Bixby couples regularly tour them.
Do you charge extra to come to Bixby?
No. Bixby is inside the core service area — roughly thirty minutes from Tulsa — and no mileage is added to the quote.
Can you do a full production setup for a large reception?
Yes. The $2,000 wedding package and the $1,200+ event package add 360° LED tube effects and a full production build-out designed for larger rooms, on top of dance-floor lighting and uplighting.
Are cold sparks available?
Yes, for weddings — usually for the grand entrance or the first dance. They are quoted as an add-on and need the venue's sign-off in advance, which is worth raising early rather than on the day.
How does uplighting work?
Uplights are placed around the perimeter to wash the walls in a colour you choose, usually matched to the wedding palette. On the $1,800 package and above they are synced to the music rather than left static.
