Weddings
Wedding days run long, so every wedding package is 6 hours — ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception quoted as one clean package.

Every wedding package includes a planning call and a written quote before you book. Extra hours, cold sparks, and additional lighting are available as add-ons.

Popular add-ons
Add-ons are quoted per event — just mention what you want when you check your date. There are no setup fees. Events outside the Tulsa metro may include an additional travel fee, which is worked out with your quote.
Weddings
Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are quoted as one clean 6-hour wedding package — built specifically for the way wedding days run. Packages start at $1,500.

Pricing FAQ
Three 3-hour event packages: The Warm Up from $700 (dance-floor lighting), Peak Hour from $900 (most booked, adds uplighting), and Headliner from $1,200+ (adds 360° LED tube effects, advanced lighting setups, and full production). Prices are starting points, adjusted to your event's needs.
Wedding packages are 6 hours and cover ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception: Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! at $1,500 (dance-floor lighting), I Got A Feeling at $1,800 (most booked, adds uplighting), and Don't Stop The Music at $2,000 (adds 360° LED tube effects, advanced lighting setups, and a full production build-out). Extra hours and add-ons are quoted per wedding.
A premium audio system sized to your venue, custom playlists with live open-format mixing, guest requests, dance-floor lighting, and MC services. The higher tiers add uplighting, 360° LED tube effects, and full production.
No deposit to inquire or check a date. A signed agreement and a deposit reserve your date on the calendar.
There is no travel fee inside the Tulsa metro — Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, Bixby, Sand Springs, Sapulpa and the surrounding towns are all covered at the package price. Events further out, including Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro, may include an additional travel fee depending on distance.
