Rooms already known

Not a stranger to this city.

Plenty of Tulsa DJs will say they travel. The more useful question is which Oklahoma City rooms they have actually stood in. These are on DJ Sayeth's venues-played list — meaning the load-in, the power, the curfew and the way each room swallows or throws sound are known before the truck is packed.

  • Fordson Hotel · Oklahoma City

  • Oklahoma Hall of Fame · Oklahoma City
  • The Venue at Forest Lake · Oklahoma City

Somewhere else in the metro? Send the venue and you'll get a plan for the room — including how load-in and curfew will be handled.

How an out-of-metro date runs

The drive is planned around, not hoped through.

Early arrival

Oklahoma City dates are built with a wide margin — arriving well ahead of load-in rather than counting on a clean run down the turnpike. Nothing about your timeline should depend on traffic behaving.

Backed-up gear

Two hours from home is too far to drive back for a spare. Redundancy travels with the rig — backup controller, backup cabling, backup laptop — because a failure at that distance cannot be solved by a quick trip.

One quoted number

Events outside the Tulsa metro may include an additional travel fee depending on distance. It is worked out with your quote, so you agree one figure covering the drive, the setup and the event before anything is signed.

Weddings

Ceremony to last dance.

Six-hour wedding packages cover the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception as one continuous day — processional and recessional cues, wireless microphones for vows and the officiant, background music set at a volume people can talk over, then a reception set mixed live.

MC services are included in every package: grand entrance, introductions, toasts, parent dances and the announcements that move guests where they need to be, without turning the night into a show about the DJ. The run-of-show gets built with you in advance — must-plays, do-not-plays, name pronunciations, timings.

Corporate & private

Company nights and parties.

Holiday parties, fundraisers, product launches, awards nights, milestone birthdays and quinceañeras. Three-hour event packages, sound scaled to the room, and a set read live against the crowd instead of run from a locked playlist.

  • Clean, professional announcements and awards handling
  • Music policy agreed up front — nothing plays that shouldn't
  • Dance-floor lighting, uplighting and 360° LED tubes
  • Cold spark effects available for weddings

Oklahoma City FAQ

What OKC clients ask first.

Are you actually available in Oklahoma City, or just Tulsa?

Available, and regularly booked. Six Oklahoma City venues are already on the list of rooms played — Fordson Hotel, Gaillardia Country Club, Meinders Hall of Mirrors, the Oklahoma Hall of Fame, The Venue at Forest Lake and the Will Rogers Theatre — plus Thunderbird Chapel in Norman, Timber Valley Ranch in Guthrie and The Springs in Blanchard.

Is there a travel charge for Oklahoma City?

Oklahoma City is outside the Tulsa metro, so there may be an additional travel fee depending on distance. It is worked out with your quote rather than settled later — ask when you check your date and you will have one clear number before anything is signed.

How much does a wedding DJ cost in Oklahoma City?

Wedding packages are six hours and run $1,500, $1,800 (most booked, adds uplighting) and $2,000 (adds 360° LED tubes and full production). Three-hour event packages start at $700. See full pricing →

Do you arrive the night before?

For most Oklahoma City dates, yes — arriving early means load-in and soundcheck happen without the schedule leaning on a two-hour drive going perfectly. It is the main reason an out-of-metro date runs as calmly as a hometown one.

Can you handle a corporate event downtown?

Yes. Downtown and Bricktown rooms tend to mean tight load-ins, elevators and a hard curfew, all of which get planned for in advance. Corporate work includes clean announcements, an agreed music policy and a set that reads the room rather than blasting it.

What about Norman, Edmond, Moore or Guthrie?

Same coverage, and several have their own pages. Thunderbird Chapel in Norman and Timber Valley Ranch in Guthrie are both already on the venues-played list, and the rest of the OKC metro is quoted the same way.
